    Ok I'm doing this really quickly - haven't worked out EV spreads or items.

    Skarm @ Leftovers
    - Spikes
    - Roar
    - Roost
    - Drill Peck / Brave Bird

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    - Surf
    - Hynosis / ???
    - Ice Beam
    - Recover

    Gengar @ Focus Sash
    - Hypnosis / ???
    - Shadow Ball
    - Thunderbolt
    - Focus Blast

    Garchomp @ Life Orb
    - Swords Dance
    - Dragon Claw
    - Fire Blast / Substitute
    - Earthquake

    Lucario @ Focus Sash
    - Agility
    - Dragon Pulse - For dragons switching in to Fire blast him and whatnot.
    - Dark Pulse
    - Close Combat

    4 of your pokemon are weak to fire attacks, and the rest get owned by azelf's other attacks that aren't flamethrower. And get rid of jask or scizor, 2 BPers doing the same thing is redundant.
     
    Oh yes yes I know - You missed the 'OR' - I'll only have one of them. But yes that's a good point - to be honest I totally forgot Jask was weak to fire as well. Any suggestions for other good BPers who aren't?
     
    Yea, ScarfRan eats this team up, but you really need to add EVs and items for a good rate.
     
    Is Azelf very common? I didn't know it was... (Since I haven't started battling yet).

    So Weavile doesn't beat Azelf? Would Azelf Flamethrower him after his first hit or something?
     
    Well, you don't have a spinner, so SR and spikes will take away focus sash and Azelf can OHKO with flamethrower. Note Azelf often carry focus sash themselves.

    Tbolt is generally better than energy ball since grass moves generally have poor coverage.

    Pretty bad Boltbeam weak. The two who aren't weak to the combo are terrible defensively and won't last long against strong boltbeamers anyways. Heracross (namely the CB variant) kind of makes you bleed as well.
     
    Kind of? Xd. Well, Lucario um.. Has good enough Defenses to survive.. 0_0 Believe it or not.. Also, because of 4th Gen's addition of Roost, I would go that.. For the Items.. I like Lefties on Donphan, Skarm, and Milotic, also Lucario because It's um.. Pretty bulky like said before.. Gengar needs Focus Sash.. Other then these things me and Anti posted, I really can't see anything wrong.. Good job.
     
    Lucario is not bulky. Tell me how 70 base HP, Def, and SDef is bulky. You can't :/
     
    Right, updated. I've taken Donphan off, and fenced Lucario off in asterisks, as I think I might switch him for something else.

    Also - Since I'm using Focus Sashes, as Anti said, having a spinner would be a good idea - I was thinking about Forrie for this, since he isn't boltbeam weak, but I really hate him, since he is so hideous, so I would love to see any viable alternatives to him.

    Finally, which pokés are usually seen acting as boltbeamers? So I can think of how to counter them. Thanks for the advice so far.

    There are Four good Rapid Spinners : - Donphan, Forretress, Starmie, Claydol.

    Bolt Beamers : - Starmie, Porygon-z, Regice, Frosslass, Electivire (Ice Punch and Thunderbolt/Punch on vire), etc.

    Gengar, Jolteon, Magnezone, Raikou etc(Hidden power Ice and Thunderbolt) Mock bolt beamers, can also be used as Hidden power Electric and Ice Beam again loads of pokemon can do this.

    there are loads i think i mentioned most of them i probably forgot some that are OU.

    A Tyranitar - think he might do well on this team, aside from the fact that I love him, he looks like a tasty Boltbeam counter - I was thinking DDtar; what say you?

    DDtar is best when you don't senmd it out until you've killed off opposing counters, so as a boltbeam counter it would be meh. The DD variant at least. And special wall that isn't weak to either type walls boltbeamers just fine, like snorlax or regice.

    It still takes a hell of alot from those i mentioned previously, Porygon -z has Hidden power fighting, Starmie has Surf aswell as bolt beam, Electivire has Cross Chop, Gengar, Focus Blast, in short most bolt beamers have a move to OHKO or seriously dent tyranitar, so its not a Bolt Beam counter.

    Try Snorlax or Blissey, those work well in conjunction with Skarmory.

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... but Blissey has to be like, my least favourite poké in the world.

    Snorlax is an option. I gotta think about this..
