It wasn't caught in Pokemon Gold, Silver, or Crystal, so I guess so. Wait, can it be caught in Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Leafgreen, or Firered?

I don't know if I do or not... Probably not since you get it off your gamecube and not from an event. Right?

I have a Machamp, and Machamp can ultimately be bred for a Machop that can easily be raised with better stats. There's no way you're getting either one of, let alone both a shiny Eevee or Manaphy.
