Mate, take a look at the rules. A regular shiny cannot get you an event. And with those stats, it doesn't look like it's been EV-trained. Sorry, but no.

My Dialga actually killed Cynthya's Garchomp at the Pokemon League (so he has 3EV in attack and a few XP points).

And I have a Legit deoxys.
