Stardust disappeared

Hey all I'm level 24, I had 120 thousand stardust and I went online and it was all gone? I'm assuming I have to start from scratch now?

Were you testing the beta? If so, it went live not to long ago. So the deletion may just be due to Pokemon GO, going live instead of the test environment.
