3rd Gen starmie/staryu

here's a dumb question,...I've been playing ruby and sapphire for a while, but i've never been big on fishing...even in the older games.
so what I need to know is where the heck do I catch one???
and I assume I should use the super rod right?

You find a staryu in Lillycove, don't know where excactly though..

hey in lilycove city go to the beach near the team agua/magma base and use the super rod it might tak about 3-6 goes.

and Starmie evolves from Staryu with water stone (steal it from Clamperl underwater)
