[Other] Start/Help screen glitch

Every time I press start in my hack a horrible pixelly glitch shows along the bottom. It does not affect gameplay but it just doesn't look very nice. Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing it.

What have you done to your hack so far? Its most likely unable to be fixed, that tend to be the nature of hacks. Have you made frequent backups?
