I'm from the ROM HACK Section but I like Game Development. Can anyone post a starter kit for me? I have RMXP but I'm just learning how to use it. THX!

1st, don't create threads for everything, read the rules. If you have a question there's an help/request thread, same goes for the other thread you created. I could give you the link but I dunno if Blizzy allows me to, so for the time being just PM him or something.
