I kinda don't like the elemental beams, 'cuz you have to rest for a turn.

-HP Fire, Ice, Electric/Sludge Bomb (S-Bomb if all else fails. HP Fire is the best)
-Leech Seed
-Sleep Powder/Synthesis/Attract (S-Powder is better IMO)

Charizard (Timid Nature)
EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Hp
-Flamethrower/Heat Wave
-Dragon Claw
-EQ
-Sunny Day/Dragon Dance/Swords Dance

OR

Charizard (Jolly Nature)
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Sp.Attack

If u plan on using HP might as well use grass
and if u plan on using HP fire then u might as well do sunnybeaming
and since venusaur can do lots better than that i doubt that HP fire would be a good move.
However,magic leaf is a good sub for HP grass in game..
sleep powder+leech seed >synthesis > attract

Come to think of it his Vena moveset is pretty good.Just replace giga drain with leech seed.If not then leave it there and abuse dual STAB.

Why so much EVs in special attack?
might as well concentrate some into special def.
i like the toxic option tho.
Bellyzard dies to quickly.If the berry used to activate at 50% then yeah it would have worked but at 25% charizard gets OHKO
I mean zard belly drums, smthg uses nething electric,rock,water and zard goes bye bye.

the problem here is the loss of either another physical attack or the ability to deal with skarm.

I was thinking of shifting some into Sp. def but decided not to, it's just a matter of personal prefence. I like him to pack a punch if he's using Ice Beam over Toxic.

I know he dies too quickly, but it's still a set that might work (if your lucky).:P
