3rd Gen Starter Pokemon's Special Move Tutor Attack

When I visit the lady, with my charizard in front she doesnt teach my charizard the attack, what am i doing wrong
The Attack is Blast Burn

Oh before i tell you a few things:

1. Simple Questions is there for these questions
2. You have to be on island two and make sure your starter pokemon was in first position not any old pokemon.

Now island 2 has it and as you say but it first area ,. Its the best to do it. Near teh waterfall at the top. Oh a hint go behind the house and find a rare candy.

Is the Charizard the one you started with? She will only teach the attack to that one.

Yes Frenzy Plant for Venasaur
Hydro Cannon for Blastiose
Blast Burn for Charizard.

Anyways if you need mroe help ill psiot a scvreenie if ya want.

Yep, this is a rather Simple Question.

Reasons that she won't teach it Blast Burn:
-You cheated for it.
-You didn't get it from Oak.
-She already taught it Blast Burn.
