[Other] Static Mew, Celebi, and Legendary Beasts?

Is there a way to add in static versions of the beasts, Mew, and Celebi that use the unused sprites of them in the game data? I'm unfamiliar with editing/adding static Pokémon battles.

And yes, I'm referring to the GBA games (Fire Red specifically).

Not sure what game you're talking about but I guess GBA. Just create a person event in Advance Map with the associated sprite, then create a wild battle script with XSE and associate it to the person event.
