I've been going there and a lot of people seem to be sure that today was the end of static shock...was it?

Static Shock's been cancelled like three times, so I wouldn't doubt that it's been cancelled...but knowing Kids' WB, it'll probably come back as a midseason replacement for something next year (likely the amazing-looking The Batman that the little kids won't appreciate)...Kids WB has brought back other shows before, stuff like Cardcaptors, Mucha Lucha, etc...WB just doesn't know when to give up. Static's gone for now, but it will be back likely.

Yes KidsWB is notorious for taking out series and bringing them back in place of a good show's season end...Fox Box/Fox Kids goes too

It hasn't been cancelled, it just goes on hiatus for an extended period.
