Does the level 1 gastly have all the moves that your gengar has?
If so, would you trade for a male sneasel with ice punch and pursuit at lvl 1? ><
I don't have many EVed pokemon.
 
well gastly cant learn focus blast but it knows t-bolt and shadow ball.. and i can breed these sneasels myself. anything else?
