Team looks good, though I'd suggest a 252 HP/96 Atk/160 Spe spread for Metagross to help it take special moves more easily.

The preferred EV spread for Skarmory now is 224 HP/252 Def/32 SDef to give it an optimal Leftovers number while taking the least amount of Stealth Rock damage. Wobbuffet isn't that common either.

A neutral STAB Gyro Ball still outdamages a supereffective Payback (if Ferrothorn moves last). The last slot should go to Spikes (to catch the opponent off-guard that Ferrothorn is using the standard defensive set) or Explosion (to go out with a bang).

I think you should replace Ferrothorn with a Lucario, Jirachi, or even Cobalion. You're using Ferrothorn as an attacker which it really shouldn't be used as, because it's stats are more defensively based. If you don't want to switch Ferrothorn out, simply change Ferrothorn so it uses moves such as Leech Seed and Stealth Rock and Give Metagross the Choice Band and switch out Stealth Rock for Zen Headbutt.
