Hello, i have searched the forums on EV training but I'm still on sure on what to do exactly. So if someone could create a small simple step by step for me with these conditions, i would appreciate it very much.

I bring a Crabby to the daycare with ditto, breed it, and now I have a level one Crabby. Where do I head from there and what do you recommend the nature to be?

Also one more question, is the nature of the pokemon determinted when I receive the egg, or when it hatches? Because if it was the second I could just save my game, hatch, and re do if I like. Anyways if anyone out there is able to help me that would be awesome. Thank you!

The nature is set when you first get the egg, if you keep rehatching the same egg you will get the same Pokemon.

Is there a site that has recommended natures for each pokemon?

Also where can I get the macho brace and does it stack with pokerus?

Sorry for all the questions im a noob xD

There's somewhat of a thing for recommended natures. Serebii has one, but I believe the most notorious, at least for me, is Smogon. Note that it's a whole strategy for each Pokemon...and they don't quite have Black/White Pokemon in there yet.

However, there generally is a pattern you can go with it. I think it's best if you select the natures where the parent will have a stat you need in particular (Usually Attack/Sp.Atk/Speed...?) raised while lowering a useless stat (Probably the corresponding stat, for example if Attack is being raised and the Pokemon has low Sp. Atk base stats, then Adamant will do fine for you).

You can get Macho Brace from a man in the eastern gate of Nimbasa City. Time to talk to NPCs~

Yes, it does stack with PokeRus.

You can also view the EV Guide in our Frequently Asked Questions sticky for a whole organized guide on how to EV train. Otherwise questions such as this should be asked in the Quick Questions sticky.
