I have no idea to be honest lol. I don't even know what half your monsters do so I'll focus on your spells and traps mainly. Breaker is a decent tech card but does he have a greater purpose in here? If you are just using him as an additional means to blow up the back row I would take it out for an extra MST. Speaking of MST, why are you only running one? Does the Wind Up theme have a monster that can destroy back row cards or something? Even if it did, I would still recommend a second MST in here because it's really just that damn good when played correctly. I would remove both copies of Smashing Ground for a Mind Control which puts yoru deck on 40 cards. Mind Control is generally the better card and only really falls short against stuff like Krystia and Gorz. Finally the Compulsory is a bit random so I would take that out for either Dustshoot or Torrential Tribute as both are very good cards. I would personally run Dustshoot and Torrential over Mirror Force and Compulsory but that's more of a personal opinion than a suggestion. Mirror Force and Torrential / Dustshoot is fine too.
