What is Pokemon Firered Remade About?

So one day I was looking at a bunch of videos of demo gameplay of let's go Pikachu and i got an idea.
What if i made a version of firered that had 2 or maybe more regions, 807 Pokemon that still made sense to the region, New graphics that looked like let's go Pikachu, That had a bunch of new characters making the story in the Indigo League feel fresh and new.

What are the Features of Firered Remade?

SPOILERS!!! This Spoils the entire First Beta of this game
(BTW, This is taking place 10 or 20 years after FR)

Spoiler:

So it will start with you in your house in Viridian City.
And Your dad talks about The professor and his pokemon
Dad asks which pokemon you want and he calls the professor
and finds out that Oak retired
You and your dad gets to Pallet City, Which is a bigger town thingy
A young, skinny kid named professor yew.
he walks up to you and your dad
and asks if that's you
he goes and gets you your pokemon and Pokedex
he finds out that Eevee is the only one he has
(and yes, Yew is pretty nervous
since this is his first time doing anything Professor related)
he tells you how Oak is too old and can barely do anything
You get back to Viridian City
And your dad and mom say bye, and you leave your home
And professor Yew says he has an errand for him to get to this island
So you go on a boat to the island call Amber Isle.
So You go to Amber Isle and get a package
that has 10 Potions and 10 Pokeballs.
You get to route A and meet your rival, Trace.
You battle and after the battle you see an old man in a cloak run up to you, saying Hey! is that an Eevee!
uhh yeah, you say
he looks at it and says, Train that Eevee well!
and walks away.
So, You go through Route A which connects to Cinnabar and fight the first gym leader, Chase.
which is a Normal Type gym.
after beating him, you meet a guy named Travis.
He's the Champion of Alola and wants to explore Kanto after meeting Red and Blue.
after the battle, He says by.
you meet a sailor named Salmon, and he gives you a ride to Route 18, which leads to Fuschia.
you get there, finding out that Sabrina, has replaced Janine as gym leader there, and she went to Beige town
She's there because Neo Team Rocket was spotted there. you go and help her. once Neo Team Rocket was defeated,
she asked if you would like to battle her. you battle her and defeat her.
