Strange location

Where is the strangest place you have met a legendary dog or Latios Or Latias? I found my Entei while I was surfing to Cerulean cave. I FOUND ENTEI ON THE WATER!!!!!!!! Can you believe that!!!!!!!

I was about to search for the rare Chimecho when I stumbled across Latias on the Route West of Lilycove City o.O

I think this is weird because normally in Sapphire I come across Latias in the water
