I been studying the ruins in the sea by undella town and when i see the
writing on the walls it saying legendary pokemon of the sea and lava and the sky
when i go to the pokemon tower and ring bell on my 3rd time the bell had a diffrent sound and the gym leader skyla comes to tell you that she saw a weird flying pokemon in the sky when she was driving her airplane then she tell to ring the bell again and the map made a big flash and rayquazza appear on the stair and when you try to walk pass him you cant leave he make a noise and it says
stop rayquazza so when this happenmake sure you have alot of ultraballs
