Strategy when fighting Wobbuffet?

    I was wondering, what strategy do you use when you face Wobbuffet? They say he was in the Uber tier, and when I battled it, all it did was to Counter and Mirror Coat!!! Any ideas on what Team/Movesets I use to battle Wobbuffet?(and I mean a high-leveled Wobbuffet, like ranging from lvls 80-100)
