3rd Gen Strongest water pokemon

Not even a valid question...

Ky-ubar. If you can survive water spout/ice beam/thunder/HP Grass, you're either a Shedinja or a Qwilfish (Yes! It's qwilfish!)...
 
Why Qwilfish? I don't see how he can be best.
 
oh no... it's just that Qwilfish is one of the few Pokemon who can take Kyogre down in one hit. It's the only thing with destiny bond yet nobody knows that it has it =) Kyogre gives you free rain so you're always to strike first. Destiny bond and welcome the thunder to hit you. You lose Qwilfish, but s/he lose a legendary.

Strongest Water Pkmn? Uhh... I dont like Water Pkmn <.< But I go with Kyogre...
 
Kingdra. Kingdra I say Kingdra. KINGDRA. Swift Swim pwns. But if it gets paralyzed or loses the swim..it's done.
 
really i will go to swampert,whishcash,or quagsire. the elec. hits dont affect they.

pressure? and aeroblast well maybe takes maybe a cir. hit dunno i may be wrong
 
Save Lugia for the psychic division please... >_>;

and pressure isn't even part of the reason why Lugia is threatening... not Aeroblast either... it's because of the ubar defensive stats with recover...
 
Kyogre by far...i think he is one of the best all around

easily Kygore, though i like Quilkfish too. And Lugia isn't part water, just cause it can learn a lot of water moves, its Psychic/flying.
 
Focusing on the base stats i'd say Kyogre.

But Pok?mon like Swampert, Starmie or Ludicolo can cause terrible problems if they are used properly with a good strategy...

Starmie can learn many attacks making it quite unpredictible (probably it will always have recover and Psychic or Surf in, but what about the other moves? :P )

Swampert has nice stats and the water/ground type sure gives him advantage over electrics, just like Quagsire, but i like Swampert's moveset better. Not the best, but quite good in my opinion.

Ludicolo.. his poison and flying weakness are the only thing that can actualyl hurt them quite alot, but if u've got another pkmn to cover these weakness, it's ok. I like this water Pok?mon.
 
Milotic can also cause some big problems as well because of that really high Special Defense stat + Mirror Coat + Recover.
 
i also like garydos...i think he is really good to...he, like kygroga can learn thunder=}..n moves like earth quake dont effect him
