3rd Gen Strongest water pokemon

Gyarados is strong, but DEFINITELY not because of thunder or ice beam or hydro pump or surf or thunderbolt or dragonbreath and whatever other trash special attack moves that it can learn.

What's good about Gyarados?

How do you get Qwilfish in RS? I thought it was GSC only....

Also, Frosty, its ϋber, not ubar...

both are pronounced the same way and ubar is more convenient/faster =) It's annoying to go to the alt keys everytime. It's like "It's Pok?mon not Pokemon."

Qwilfish isn't in RS. You need to trade it with other 3rd generation Pokemon games.
