Both ways to the card key are blocked, what do I do?

I remember you have to go around the entire base and beat this random person holding the card key.

That was in the rocket hideout, not in Silph.

Go into the teleporter which blocks one of the ways, it will send you to somewhere. Then step back into the teleporter where you will appear and you will return to the way to the card... and you will be able to move from the teleporter and get it.

Oops, my mistake. I can never remember the Team Rocket's (or magma or aqua or galactic for that matter) bases and stuff.
