Thread title says it all, in this thread you can tell us whether or not you did stupid things when you were younger and exactly what those stupid things were.

When I was younger I use to turn my GameLink Cable into a headband and run around the house saying that I was "Link". (get it?)

So, PC, what dumb, stupid and down-right idiotic things did you do when you were younger?

i slammed my hand on a pin which went half way through

I think we've all done stupid things on multiple occasions when we were younger. Heck, I did something pretty stupid last year that lasted over five months.

I think I can beat anybody else when it comes to this, though. I traded our original copy of Pokémon Blue for Yoda Stories on the Game Boy Color.

I used to think that running with my arms behind my back in the manner of Sonic the Hedgehog would actually make me faster.

Hmm, let's see.. from the top of my head i can think of one thing that comes back to me that reminds of being so utterly stupid. I was learning how to play football for the first time (i was 7), and i was told that,

"When you have the ball always look up"

I always thought that he literally meant, "Look up". So for about a year i am running with the ball looking into the sky and hitting into the goalpost. I also have the one that i did last year, which involved my finger, a knife and a bag of ice. But i'll save that for a rainy day!

Try and beat that one, eh?

My fanfiction. I honestly don't know what I was thinking when I wrote it. It's so embarrassing. But you can probably say that about my current writing.

I once answered a poll on another forum with my fanfic. SO. STUPID. D:

All I can remember doing was ding-dong ditching a neighbor's house. Next thing I know the old later fell and her granddaugther (who had tourettes) came outside and screamed at my mom.

I lol'd with my friends at the park until my mom dragged me back home. God that night was bad. I couldn't sleep from all the yelling from my mom and dad (she called my dad at work and he yelled at me thru the damn phone).

In sixth grade, I went TPing... In broad daylight. Twice. In one day. :P I wasn't caught the first time, but my friend's mom saw me the second time. Very stupid of me indeed... I was chewed out after I lied about it to my parents, but I got lucky and pulled myself out of punishment the next day.

That same year I also forged my dad's signature for a field trip permission slip once, except I did it with pencil and my teacher caught it instantly. Oops. :(

Jeez, late into elementary school I was pretty dumb.

I used to think that running with my arms behind my back in the manner of Sonic the Hedgehog would actually make me faster.

OH LOL I did the exact same. XD

I was probably one of the stupidest kids around.

I've done my fair share of stupid things when I was younger. I wont go into details, but I will say there were times I wished my common sense had not gone on vacation when I was a child.

We all live and learn from our mistakes though, so I have confidence I shall never be so bold as to ever repeat those mistakes ever again.

In my opinion. The stupidest thing I've done was getting into forums very young. I started the chat frenzy when I was about 9 years old.

The only reason I stil go to forum is because of a lot of luck.

Probably the stupidest of all was making a thread about how much Disney was stupid and gay. Which today...I never understood why I made it. Morkula knows it very well I think...

I've jumped off my clothesline and broken my arm, I was only 6 at the time but that was pretty stupid on my part.

I was playing with my sister and one person would hide the treasure and mark it with an 'X' as 'X marks the spot'.
Me and my sister decided to hide something from my parents and get them to play. So we hid something in the car and used a rock to scratch an 'X' into the side of the car.
X marks the spot!

Mine is incredibly stupid.

I was in Kindergarten, and I saw everybody cheering this kid who ate the most Play-Doh. I got jealous and took a huge bite out of red Play-Doh. Everybody watched me chew it for about thirty seconds, and then I spit 2/4 of it out and swallow the rest. Ugh, my stomach hurt and the teacher almost called home because I wouldn't tell her why my stomach hurt.

Moral: Never eat Play-Doh. EVER.

PS- And those kids still praised the other Play-Doh eating kid. They just thought I was wierd after that. ._.

I have done some PRETTY stupid things in my time. Like, I remember once rugby tackling my nana while she was carrying a platter of food. I can't remember why though. But one thing that I did, that lasted or about a week or so, was this:

I used to be obsessed with a show called 'blue's clues' when i was younger; You know, the one where he can jump into pictures and such to find little blue pawprints and such. Well, I once was stupid enough to try it myself. I got a picture down from the wall, and jumped onto it. It broke.

I feel your pain, Sana. D= My fanfic was utter suck. >.> All three of them. XD My writing has improved vastly thus far, but I still remember a few things I used to do that I now loathe completely.

My characters were completely out of character 100% of the time, my OC was such a Mary-Sue it was painful, and, on top of all that, my description was null and void. Yet I still posted it on the Internet. D= Nuuu! I'm glad no one remembers it now. It was from, like, 6 years ago. XD
