The last time I checked, Bob's one of the intellectual members of the Simpson cast... he just has bad luck...and likes broadway...

Bob knows how to think. As in stupid I think it's lack of intelligence on the show. There are some I know that are not on the pool but for what's on it it would be Dr. Nick due to the fact he only cares about money and fails at his job most of the time.

Barney has stopped drinking for a long time. While he was drunk at some times, he really said a lot. He has a lot of common sense. He is one of the best turn around characters in the series.
