Sub Punch Themed Team

Other than the fact Icebeam Blissey can royally screw McIceGar tenfold after a single subpunch, McIceGar IS the standard. I used to use it and I still would if only I wasn't so paranoid about Raikou (I put Venusaur over gar nowadays)
 
Gengar used Focus Punch!
Gengar broke his hand because he is so weak!
Random Pokemon now walks all over Gengar!

Blastoise and Raichu are pretty good Sub-Punchers awell btw.

cool way to miss the point, you aren't going to be focus punching random pokemon, just things weak to fighting. for the other pokemon you obviously will use thunderbolt and ice punch off his massive special attack.

Also, I dont like yawn in Snorlax. Consider Rest over that. Example:
(Subs is on in Snorlax)

Blaziken used Flamethrower!
The Subs take damage!

Snorlax used Rest!

And then you can rest with subs on. Its effective and utile, believe me.

Another thing, If sakrmory/ Aerodactyl comes against you ??

Shadow ball to death? We also have Sub-punch, right but Aero's Earthquake will kill the Subs. Rock Slide over Shadow Ball.

Also, if you put rest > yawn, put "thick fat" trait in Snore.

I love Snorlax.

err.... for one thing, yawn + punch is fun but i dont really like rest... no time to waste for those 2 turns of sleeping...
and 2, sup fighting move on blaziken to break snorlax's sub and do a decent ammount of damage

umm taunt already owns half my team cuz of... um... SUBpunch themed team...

and i still have a slight chance of getting gyara w/ don as it can survive an eq
 
I made a Focus Punching team aswell, it was Sub Punching, but I need to start predicting better so I replaced Sub with alternative moves, it really forces you to predict properly.

EG:

-MY TYRANITAR-
Focus Punch
Crunch
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

And before you say blah blah Boah with no Sub, "Boah" just replaced Ice Beam with Crunch from his original Boltbeaming Subpuncher set.

I tried Golduck and he didn't work out all that well, go AMPHAROS.
 
the good thing about boah is that it has 101 subs, therefore having a sure setup on Blissey. When you don't have that, it loses much of it's worth.

yeah you forget that the subpunching set was NEVER USED until I used Tyraniboah
 
Never used my arse, I used to use it you wanker.

So would anyone who wanted Tyrannitar to be of any use to a team, otherwise he just wrecks it with Sandstream.
 
you suck boah was originaly created by chaos. before that everyone used dd ttar which was pretty devastating too

hi the DD tyranitar was used everywhere and it's probably the best ****ing physical sweeper in the game.

also Tyranitar only has one 'N' in it.

actually, i used a similar sub punching t tar set w/ sub, punch, slide, bolt before i heard of "boah"
