Subtitles for Pokémon?

    This might sound odd, But I got the idea from Season 1, Episode 14 or 16. It was where Ash,Misty,Brock and Team Rocket were washed up on an Island and then Ash discovered most of his Pokémon were missing. And so the episode moved to Pikachu, Where Pikachu opened the Pokéballs and let out Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle. There they were using their same language but it had subtitles. I thought about this. And I thought it would be an interesting idea to have subtitles showing what the Pokémon is really saying in the new eps.

    Anybody else agree?
     
    meh. It might be fun for a few eps, but it would eventually get really anoying. Part of the charm of pokemon is that they are animals. If they were represented to be real beings, properly comparable to humans, it might change all that.

    Hey yeah!! I always wondered why they never continued with that idea.
     
    No, there is no point. I can already understand what Piplup, Sudowoodo, Pikachu, etc. are saying. There is no real point.
