Subway Champions

Allright, I've finished the BW league, but I have some trouble with the subway. I need some suggestions on my team, Either on their movesets or a list of viable replacements. Here goes:

Haxorus
Jolly, but I never paid any attention to EVs.
Mold Breaker
-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Brick Break

Maybe I should equip him with Stone Edge, but almost always kills something that doesn't kill him first. I'm not a great fan of outrage either, because you lock yourself in it.

Chandelure
Quiet
Flash Fire
-Flamethrower
-Energy Ball
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic

Decreased speed is a bit of a letdown, but he does has a SPA IV of 31. =)

Samurott
Jolly
Torrent
-Aqua Jet
-Surf
-Megahorn
-Ice Beam

I've placed surf here instead of waterfall, because his SPA still equals his ATK, and most types that are weak against water have low SDF compared to their DEF.

Major threats:
-Starmie; A lethal combination of Thunderbolt, Surf and Ice Beam.
-Gyarados; Lack of thunder and rock moves puts me at quite the disadvantage.

Suggestions much appreciated, but suggest things like Hyperbeam or 3 fire moves on my Chandelure. Thanks!
