Suggestions for a sp wall

The only thing that knocks him down is his sucky moveset.
 
What would be a good nature/moveset for Probopass?
 
I can't believe no one else mentioned Regice. 200 Base Special defense isn't something to laugh at. He's able to reach a max of 548 special defense at level 100, and he's a boltbeamer.

He has the 2nd highest base special defense, only surpassed by Shuckle.
