    Okay, my Togipea is level 60 something and it still hasn't evolved! It evolves from friendlyness, right? I can I be friendly. He gets pissed off when I put him in battles, and he always steals my money! And he always whines and embarresses me in the stores! And one guy said, "You should take care of your pokemon!" Do you belive that? And I was talking to a girl once, and he pulled down my pants! Stupid Togipea!
     
    Friendlyness is the key. Give it an item, never let it faint, heal it frequently, use it a lot, let it place first in your team, and (I think) there's a hold item that helps you boost friendlyness.

    Shut up, you idiot. Your only contributing to the spam if you think it's spam. Why do you think saying spam will make it go away? F-ing idiot. Don't post in my threads anymore. Yes, some of those were jokes, but the whole point was to give me suggestions on how to raise my Togipea.
