I would say get gust off the moveset and put Hydro Pump or Thunder in it that is what i would do but i would see what other people said first

You know...that would work far better if Suicune could actually learn Thunder. -.- Also, Hydro Pump is more for the direct sweepy types that need the extra edge (Like Gyarados or Sharpedo) or the ones that don't have much SAtk to go on (E.g. Swampert), on Suicune (Who falls into neither category and even learns Calm Mind) it's absolutely pointless. xP Anyway, since this is ingame I'm just going to suggest a very basic Calmcune:

    Surf
    Ice Beam/Toxic/Sleep Talk/Reflect
    Calm Mind
    Rest

CM to the max and sweep through everything. Toxic is an option over Ice Beam to hurt bulky waters that shrug off even CMed attacks (Like Lapras or Vaporeon) and Sleep Talk is to convert even resting time into useful practice, although you should note that - in that case - you won't be able to hurt Water Absorbers. There's a whole bunch of other options for Suicune, but I think this is the best for ingame. :3

If you take in the fact that Suicune has GREAT defensive stats, and after a few CMs, its Special Defense stat will make it hard to attack on the special side, its "vulnerability" to attacks while it's a leep are all but made up for.

Don't neglect one move just because one of your other pokemon have it. If that pokemon's potential is brought out by using that move, by all means, use it.

Can't help you with the Ice Beam TM problem.

You can only get TM Ice Beam at the Celadon Game Corner. Just give your lead Poke an Amulet Coin and battle the Weak Five a few times. You will have enough cash for the TM in no time. You can also battle Lady Jackie and Lady Gillian at Resort Gorgeous to get 39,600, ride your bike around the island for 100 steps, use the Vs Seeker, and battle them again

Well who is that person that you are talking about
    Look at my post again:

Resort Gorgeous is north of Five Island.

IF Suicune can learn thunder a good moveset would be for me:

    Rain dance
    Surf
Thunder(during rain Dance but i doubt it can learn thunder)
    aurora beam

That is completely irrelevant since it has already been confirmed that it can't. Plus, even if it could that moveset isn't much good. :\ First off, Suicune's strength comes from having high defensive stats, the 'Pressure' trait, and a pure water type (Meaning only two single weaknesses). It's meant to sitt back and take hits, and trying to sweep with it without making use of CM is just plain silly. Also, why the heck would you want Aurora Beam on an sweeping pokemon - or anything for that matter? It's far weaker than Ice Beam, and inflicting freeze is far more useful than occasionally reducing attack. Really, just say no to Aurora. xP Also, Rain Dance without Swift Swim is generally a very bad idea because you're wasting a turn on setup while at the same time giving your opponent's Thunder (Which Suicune doesn't like taking) a clear shot, probably two since it ain't that fast. -.-

so i should take out aurora and replace it with ice beam and replace gust and rain dance with something else?
    im stuck...
suicune cant even learn thunder anyways, rain dance and thunder goes together
ive thought about these moves though:

    Surf
Dig(dunno what to put here, just stick it here, its quite useful in a way i guess)
ice beam(i rlly wich there was another way to get this)
Iron Tail (if i have tm23) or hydro pump at lv71

Not to be rude, but someone has already taken the time to give you the best moveset for your Suicune and explained it rather well:

Dig and Iron Tail are HORRIBLE moves for Suicune. Take Alter Ego's suggestion.

Elric, it's not a very good idea to argue with players on this forum who actually know what they're talking about.

Saying Rest is crap shows that you've never used Rest correctly before.

Rest is good for any Pokemon that has high defenses and HP. This means that they can survive their enemy's attacks even when they are sleeping. You DO NOT have to use a berry. Leftovers are all you need since they restore health even when you're asleep.

Rest also works well with Calm Mind. Suicune is a Water type and Waters only have two weaknesses - Electric and Grass. Both of these are special attacks and Calm Mind boosts your Special Defense to guard against those attacks. Using Rest after a couple of Calm Minds erases any damage the opponent does to you and it basically gives Suicune "no weaknesses".

Also, you get Sleep Talk from the Battle Frontier tutor in Emerald.

Also, try and actually use proper spelling and grammar next time!

Why would you be worried about a move that totally heals your Poke and cures any status? Rest is one of the best moves in the game, especially when you battle competitively, when you don't have access to any of your items. If you are that concerned with the sleeping for two turns, and this is in-game we are talking about, just use the Poke Flute.

Since you don't have Emerald, Sleep Talk is out. That leaves either Ice Beam or Toxic. Here, again, is Suicune's BEST moveset:

    Suicune @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Ice Beam / Toxic
    - Rest
    - Surf

DO NOT use Gust on Suicune. Not only is a crappy move (40 AP), but Suicune's base Atk is only 75, meaning damage will be minimal. Also, as it was said before Calm Mind is ten times better than Rain Dance, since it boosts Suicune's SAtk, not just its Water moves, it also boosts its SDef, and it doesn't let Thunder-users beat the crap out of it with 100% accuracy.

Stop spamming stupid moves. The only good set so far is shanec's.

    Suicune @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Surf
    - Toxic
    - Rest

    Really the only way to use Suicune. I don't like Ice Beam due to the fact it then gets walled by Bulky Waters. D;

Gah! Holy geez! Ok this is in-game, people! Stop acting like he has to use the standard uber-crazy set.

Here's what will make a solid in-game moveset:

Surf- An absolute must. Suicune is a water type. Surf is the best water-type move. The end.

Ice Move- It needs some kind of Ice move. Ice Beam is the best, yes. But Blizzard could work well too, it's easier to find. The only time you'll need to use this move is when Grass types threaten you. In all fairness, Suicune shouldnt even be fighting a grass type. If it is, you're better off having the Mondo-super-powered Blizzard behind you to take it out in one hit.

Dig- Actually works. Before all of you hardcore Gameboy/Pokebattle competitors chew me out, hear what i have to say. This is in-game. Dig offers a good way to counter electric types. With prediction, dig can evade the impending Electric attack and score a REALLY good hit on the electric type. This isn't competetive battling. The AI in the game is stupid. No one switches on Dig/Fly in the game. Dig is a fairly solid choice.

Calm Mind- Its merits have already been discussed.

Roar- Is always fun. Sometimes, there's just a good situation to use Roar.

Protect- Always a viable choice, but I don't really reccomend it too highly here.

Toxic- Same as protect, it can have a use on any Pokemon. Makes a great filler move.
