My school charges $50 now if your cell gets taken away during school. o_o;

Luckily I don't have that issue~

o_o $50? wow thats a lot.....first time is a detention and taken for 24hrs, second= Saturday School 42hrs, third= Satuday school and taken for a week
 
I might be sorta late for the gas topic, but I have something to add to it. I was looking in the university newspaper today, talking about gas prices here in Georgia...apparently the governor passed something that makes it illegal for the gas stations to do any price gouging, as he said it was akin to looting. Fines ($5000 per person, up to $15000 for senior citizens) are involved for any station that's caught doing it. O_o

I've had my cell phone go off during class at least once so far, now...though I have no idea who it was. O_o I didn't answer, since I didn't recognize the number, and no one except my family and a few friends (who never call that phone anyways) know my number anyways. I tend to just turn my phone off during class, though, so as not to have it accidently ring.
 
That's really stupid oO; Who gives them the right to take it and charge you. Your parents sign papers saying that they can teach you, but nothing else o.o;

I don't have a cell phone ;; I had my parents buy me more webspace instead :P
 
I don't know why they decided to do that... they just made up that rule for this school year. O_o; And no, Bobby... we didn't sign anything saying they could do it.

I dunno, I think it was becoming a big problem or something... people were always using their phones during class and stuff. So I guess they decided to make kids pay for their phones if they get caught. o_o; For getting hats and cd players taken away it's a dollar or two, I think...

That's ****ed up,you're school rules must suck. Do you have to pay $5 for everytime you interrupt class?
 
Wow, your school sucks, sorry to say XD. I would hate going to a school where they take things I've already paid for and have to pay for it again ><

Wow....my old middle school had a plan like that, but with fake money...XD

My high school had almost 2000 kids...mostly fresh meat...er...freshmen....Crowded....

Ours is real money though... XD My school has a lot of people too, my class has 300-ish in it... so over 1200 in the whole school. The classes keep getting bigger and bigger each year. o_o;;

Paul- Ask for it~! I'm somewhat too shy to call people too... but you can call me if ya want. XD Paige did it once~
