In Portuguese Alex, Alexander is Alexandre, which does not sound like Alexander at all. In Italian (my favorite) Alex is Alessandro. Italian people aren't very fond of the letter X.

Doubt it, its a letter for foreign names but they don't really use it period. They don't have J K W X Y which eliminates alot of names in English. lol.

My Grandmother has been calling me Giacinto, she said that if i wasn't named Jordan, my name would be Giacinto. But then again my name would be alot of things. Holler at us x% Italians!
