Hello I'm Hometown_Wobbuffet though in some circles I'm also known as Ratty.

I've recently taken an interest in making my first Pokémon rom hack so I'm here mostly for tools and help.

It might not be obvious but Wobbuffet is one of my favorite Pokémon.
