    What's sup everyone! Name's John, a Pokemon Fan coming back from hibernation. I joined this this forum to once again reconnect the love I had for Pokemon when I was a kid. I wanted to meet others with the same interest, hobbies, this place is perfect for that. Just other info's about me; FR\LG were the first games I played, BW\BW2 were the last. Also was thinking of making a hacked gba Pokemon rom, can any veterans aid me to where I could get some help to starting one? That would be very much appreciated. Again It's a pleasure to meet you all! ^^
     
    Welcome to PC John! Good to have you here, FRLG were my first games as well :)

    As for ROM hacking, you should check out the Rom Hacking Help section. If you want to make a hack of a Gen 1, 2, or 3 game I'd recommend looking into the sub-sections labelled "Decomp", as that's the modern way of making hacks of those games that people have been moving to lately. If you want to hack a newer generation you'll have to look into the Binary sections, although there will probably be fewer resources available. Either way, there will be stickied threads that you can check out to get started. Good luck!
