here talk about the great game for the NES!
looking for a quick walktrough in my version? just open the spoiler below! WATCH OUT! IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED THIS GAME AND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE THE CONTENT OF THE GAME,DON'T OPEN THE SPOILERS!

Spoiler:

Part 1: Rumbles in World 1.
Well, you are in world 1,so here you have to get to the fort,(the brown one!) and make sure you are big mario! If not,then hit the very FIRST block in the level! Now, you should get to the dry bones at the end of the first room,and hit the block there! You must get the leaf coming from there,then rape the dry bones,(beware! it will resurrect in some seconds!)run from the wall to the end of the walkable area,and fly up,over the ceiling! see pic:

Now,after you walk to the end of the ceiling,press up!You should enter a room where you should get a magic flute and get out the fortress! now just complete world 1 WITHOUT (!!!) using the magical flute!

Part 2: Hotty,Hotty Desert

just complete the levels without completing,defeat the 2 hammer bros.,and go to the top right corner of the world! (sorry,no image)there,use the hammer you obtained from one of the hammer bros.,and go right! get in the toad house, there is a frog suit in every chest! (I don't need a frog suit!!!!!! lol that smb3 cartoon was hilarius!) I personally use it for the tank ship level on world 8,but it is not necessary to! now fight the two fire brothers,go back and complete the world!

Part 3: FRICKing visit in World 8.

Now, you got 2 magic flutes,a P-wing,and a cloud,plus a frog suit!If you beaten world 2,and you are in world 3,use one of the magic flutes to get to world 9! (warp zone) Now move BARELY to number 7 (!!!) and if you are there get to world 8! *gee* world 8 freakes me out! wow so ,,cute" eye candy! lava,tanks,fire and skulls! (SKULLS!? YOSHI DON't LIKE SKULLS! lol why cartoons have to be sooo hilarious?) just complete the first ,,seeable map" and for the laft of the second one,use a P-wing! (you will recognise it from a flying ledge) now use the P-wing and fly until the ship with a pipe comes! :p this is WAY too easy if you DON'T fall! enter the pipe in the last ship, try to kill the Boom-Boom,and complete the level! the 3rd ,,floor" is kinda dark! just go until you see a fort! use the cloud,and fly trough it! (cuz it's smb3's hardest level, even harder than the last level!) enter the pipe next to it,now for the last ,,map"! complete the tank map and to the FINAL SHOWDOWN!!!!! (lol) you can get an 1-up at early,so it's really hard to get a game over there,then rape Bowser at the end of the level,(stand on the red bricks,and Bowser will stomp there,breaking 2 bricks.do this until Bowser destroys the ground xD and enter the door! that's it! I just recently replayed Super Mario Bros. 3 in its entirety. Great game. Personally, I prefer Super Mario World's level design but playing the All-Stars version of SMB3? The graphics just completely overflow with Marioness. The SNES stylings of SMB3 is the definitive look of the Mario world for me.

I have this and original Super Mario Bros. on my Wii :D Bought them from Wii Shop Channel. I have played both many times through.

One of the greatest games of all time. I spent many hours on this as a child, and still put in a few from time to time.
