super mario engine

    Ive started developing a super mario engine that uses rm2k and/or rm2k3
    people say making mario games is hard so Im going to help them

    features:
    Mario,luigi,peach,toad,wario and varios enemy sprites
    1 level
    a choose charector screen
    1 bonus level
    a 2 player mode
    a buddy system
    an optoinal battle system like super mario rpg for you to use
    3 enemys programed in the side scroll
    3 SMRPG enemys programed
    1 buddy battle game
    a power up system
    a koopa shell system
    a running system in 1player mode

    Controls:
    1p mode:
    up:jump
    right&left:move
    down:pick up&throw

    2p mode:
    1p:
    right:jump & grab
    down:move ight
    up:move left

    2p:
    Z:move left
    X:move right
    left:jump & grab

    when im done with this one im gonna make a mario party engine
    any suggestoins

    hey 2P is easy to do in a sidescroll.
    and your talking to the inventer of 2 sidescroll methods and a 2 screen method and the scbs(simple custom battle system)(scbses are not public knowlage)
    P.S. another remark like that and i'll have to report you allstories

    How come you always have something negative to say.He needs encouragement,nobody could do it if everyone just all of the sudden says it's impossible,or it stinks.

    ...ya know RPGMaker is made for RPG games...I hate how people do this then more people will start using RPGMaker.

    You know,perhaps someone doenst want to give the time to learn sphere's half assed prgraming language. Perhaps People don't like hte engine because they have to devote time to learn the java-like language. I use rpgmaker instead of coding, its simmple and debugging is a hellova lot easier,

    I agree with DarkPegasus. You should really stick to one project... as most of them aren't even completed. Even if there is 3 projects, you seem to already stopped work on your previous projects.

    Anyways, the features sound promising. I hope you do well with this game. :)

    I did it i did it nobody thoght I could do it but I have made the 1st rm2k 2 player system (yeah applase)
    however currently 1p has to be mario and 2p has to be luigi ill change that though

    NO you haven't. I've seen a buncha RM2k platform games with 2p systems.
