Roy was mostly filler and was just there for advertising. Anyway, Roy on steroids = Ike.

Also did anyone know they let Marth take steroids after Brawl? He now looks like Ike in a Marth suit.

and yes, roy was a filler, but most people liked roy more.
i preffer marth though. :D
 
In Melee, Marth had the killer priority and tippers. Unfortunately, like most characters, he got nerfed(but not like Captain Falcon. Ouch).

Anyway onto the topic, I was thinking about who they should REALLY remove
and it came to me today when I was playing brawl
REMOVE MARIO Mr. Game and Watch
Personally i think he REALLY doesnt fit in.
 
they can't because he was in melee and had a pretty popular Audience in melee so they kept him in.

I think Wario should go does anyone ever play with him?

I've seen people use Wario. I like him! No character should be removed.

I lulz when I use Wario's recovery move, Sakurai shouldve putted more thought on the fatman's recovery because its to short ranged.

Everyone except for R.O.B should stay in brawl...I dont know how he got added to the roster because I dont remember playing a game(He's in F-Zero but not playable or anything) with him as a character. It's supposed to be a brawl between creatures and beings not machines lol.
 
umm... Why remove ROB? I know he's not exactly in many games, but he may be in Japan. Unless you are from Japan, or know that he isn't, we can't assume. I like ROB too! I only hate Diddy...

ROB was a marketing tool created by nintendo to sell the NES. He is not in any games but a little few (Mario Kart DS is one). I thought hes was a silly addition and should be removed.

Personally I think Jiggly should be removed also, But that's just MY Opinion, Don't hurt me.

Lol I won't hurt you but like I've said it many times before,Jiggly cannot be removed because he is just too popular now(damn it) xD

Why remove a completely original character that also relates to the Mario series and their own? I know a lot of people who play with Wario as well O_o
Do know anyone who plays with Mario? No? I do. Every character is used by someone...

R.O.B. appears in many games, especially racing. Him being on a roster of anything isn't odd. Not to mention he's pretty damn good :o

Roy was in melee and had an amazingly popular audience, but they removed him.
Wario shoudnt get removed because he completes the Mario addition of SSB.

Well they shouldn't add anymore Mario Characters then.

Roy was just an advert for Radient Dawn(i think)

oh yeah on your subject about diddy he is more like a clone of Fox and is no where near yoshi

Roy has nothing to do with Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, not to mention Radiant Dawn was a Wii game that came out after Melee. Roy was included to advertise Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi (The Binding Blade)

Game & Watch was added for the effect of surprise, so was ROB. You really can't remove one without doing the same to the other. Nintendo tried to market both if as to boost their popularity.
