Not technicly, In the new Mario Kart(Arcade version) There is a special Appearance by none other than Mr. and Mrs. Pac man, Two Namco Characters, They just have to get licences from the companies, and who wouldn't want their characters on a SSB game?

The new Mario kart Arcade version is from both Nintendo and Namco, the game is from both companies.

In SSBR, is from HUdson, and hudson works for nintendo. Namco is a separate company. Remember that it is a Nintendo all star game. That's why Namco vs capcom will not be for GC or revolution

Why were Sonic characters listed under Capcom. I can't see any characters from other companies really showing up in Smash bros. Unless it's Namco or Sega, because of the Triforce arcade thing. They've got to use some of Nintendo's licences, Sonic and Pac-Man *may*, *may*, *may*, *may* show up.

hate to tell you but sonic,that will never hapen and pac-man,
no gamer would want to play as him in SSB.
