What are the EV's and Moveset of the EV'd Froslass?
 
I have a shiny grouden and vulpix.... I also have a jirachi, celebi, suicune and lugia.... I notice the ho-oh hasn't been claimed, nor have the regice and regirock... What can I offer, because I have many more difficult to find pokes, to participate in a trade... I'm mostly interested in non-shiny events/legendaries, if they are available...
