Today I bought 2 Surfing Pikachus at my local flea market. Are these real? Where did they come from? How can I get more? Are they Any good in the Game?

They are indeed real. There are 2 different surfing Pikachu (identical in everything but picture, as one of them is an airline promotion and therefore has an airplane in its background) and they're promos. They are indeed real.
Also, Surfing Pikachu rivals Dark Electrode and Dunsparce (Neo) in terms of usefulness in the TCG game.
