Does anyone have the surfing Pikachu from the Pokemon Centre Birthday 2008 (stats below)? Are the IVs on events constant or random? If you do, what would you like for it?

If you are after this event for a Pikachu having surf, I'd reccomend you try to trade for the Mirai Minato Pikachus instead since this is a Gen IV event and would need to have HMs removed upon transferring.
