3rd Gen Surskit in Emerald?

    Hi there,
    I used to played Emerald on emulator once... One day I take a look at my old save and I found Surskit in my PC... It is strange, because you cannot catch Surskit in Emerald... I checked its summary and mannaged that it was HATCHED... I also find hatched Clampearl, which I surely don't breed, because there are no parents... Does anybody know, where can I found those damn eggs?
     
    But you can get surskit in Emerald (heck, it's a 3rd gen Pokemon). It's via newsflash swarms in Emerald but you can still get it.

    AFAIK there's no special eggs for it or Clamperl so maybe you just bred them while being bored and forgot about it. There's the only possible explanation besides that the save file was tampered with by some way (ie by cheats or the like), really - hatched Pokemon do not come from nowhere after all.
