4th Gen Survival area

You see, in route 226, there's a place where you an rock climb, Just beside the survival area. It's not the one with the running trainer, it's the one at the top of the screen. When you climb up there's a house, When you go in you see a hiker. He always says sorry there's nothing here. What do you do to make him do something instead of just saying sorry?
