Thank you all for your swift votes. This has got to be a record for quickest 100% voter turnout, completing in just 46 hours! Here are the results:

Blaziken: 29 Ban, 11 Do Not Ban, 3 Abstain (72.5% Ban)
Deoxys-E: 22 Ban, 19 Do Not Ban, 2 Abstain (53.7% Ban)
Excadrill: 10 Ban, 33 Do Not Ban, 0 Abstain (23.3% Ban)
Latios: 22 Ban, 18 Do Not Ban, 3 Abstain (55.0% Ban)
Reuniclus: 9 Ban, 31 Do Not Ban, 3 Abstain (22.5% Ban)
Thundurus: 15 Ban, 23 Do Not Ban, 5 Abstain (39.5% Ban)

What does this mean? From here on out, Blaziken is banned from OU. Deoxys-E and Latios are placed "on notice", meaning that if they are voted Uber by a simple majority in the next round of testing, they will also be banned. The other suspects are all safe in OU.

Thank you all for yet another successful suspect test. These new bans will be implemented on our official ladder ASAP, and once that is done we will start the next round of testing!

You guys can discuss it if you'd like. Either way, all of the suspects bar Blaziken can now be used again on our server.

Blaziken wasn't used much by me anyway ;o; Latios is a bummer ;o; Deoxys is good since I hate it.

I just read the last part! :D \o/ I can use Latios again! :3 and have a shot at a Deoxys-S sweeper.

The results are essentially what I was expecting and wanting (save the lack of a Reuniclus ban); hopefull Latios and Deoxys-S reach ban status in the near future however. Latios more so.

I'm surprised that a higher percentage of voters voted to keep Reuniclus OU than Excadrill. Excadrill can be easily taken out but Reuniclus has a variety of destructive sets. I was thinking that it would most likely hit the 50% area and be put on alert, not the 22% area.

At first, I figured that the lack of Blaze would mean less fighting types Porygon2 has to deal with...Until I remembered that without Kin around, Infernape is going to rise with a vengeance from UU/low OU in order to retake his old position. Iron Fist Mach Punch is going to hurt.
