3rd Gen Swellow..better then Pidgeot?

Pokemon hasnt even been out for 10 years :S
 
I like Pidgeot better. I've had him in my team in Red, Silver and Leaf green. I mean, I like Swellow, but Dodrio and Fearow are just too ugly to use.

I use my favourites rather than getting a load of powerful pokemon that I hate. I just don't care if a pokemon I hate faints. As long as a pokemon isn't fainting all the time, and it looks OK, I don't mind using it.
