[Questions] SwSh Rare Rayquaza VMax and mis-cut

Hi everyone,
Over the weekend I opened an Evolving Skies SwSh booster pack and found a rare (217/203) Rayquaza Vmax. I was pretty excited but then realised it's also a mis-cut. See the photos attached.

This was a genuine booster pack so I don't believe this card is a fake.

I'm looking at selling the card, but wanted to get people's opinion on if the mis-cut is desirable or just annoying :-) And if I do sell it where is the best place to do so?

While there may be a market for them, miscut cards are usually only more desirable when part of another card is visible.
