[PokeCommunity.com] Symphony of the Goddesses - Master Quest

This completely threw me off guard. I was not expecting this at all. I am so excited

I missed the original 25th Anniversary run. I missed the Second Quest. And then it looked like it disappeared and they put out Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions instead, so I figured I missed the ship completely.

But it's back!! Suddenly. But I welcome this. I thought the Second Quest was unlikely as it was, but this? A third season? This is just... magical. I don't care that I have no one to go with, I cannot let this pass me by again. Just too good of an opportunity.

    My personal excitement aside...

The Master Quest season will apparently incorporate music from A Link Between Worlds (yay!) and more from Majora's Mask. Which makes sense given the 3DS' upcoming release. Hopefully we'll get a track from the upcoming Wii U game too.

Have you been to the previous concerts? What'd you think? Were you lucky enough to go to the initial kick off events in California and London?

I haven't been, as already stated, but I've listened to these recordings a whole lot and I think they did an absolutely masterful job. Everything sounds the way it should. Epic and grand, but accurate and true to the originals.

(actually, dunno how much traction this topic may have. So... you can open up the floor to any video game concerts I guess)

I wrote an article about this. I'm looking forward to this, and I'll be heading to the event over in Vancouver. However, keep in mind that this is not being done by the same team of the first two concerts. That team was Jeron Moore and Chad Seiter. Those two are currently working on Pokemon Symphonic Evolutions.

Oh? That's good to know. Any idea what team is heading up Master Quest? Will any of the old arrangements be kept?

Jason Michael Paul will be handling this, and it's mostly going to be a new team. I'm not sure about the arrangements. I'm sure they will end up being updated.

Ah, I see. Google'd it. He produced the previous seasons, so will hopefully respect it. He also did Play, which is okay. And Dear Friends, which is really great.

    So, I am content

I didn't get to go to see Distant Worlds, and I doubt I'll get to see this...although I fully intend to try getting a ticket, since I'm aware of them ahead of schedule this time, which I wasn't with Distant Worlds. I expect it'll sell out ridiculous quickly though, and I would LOVE to go to this.

The thought of a live rendition of Yuga's battle theme, or Lorule Castle, makes me shiver with anticipation. Yeah, definitely need to try and get my hands on a ticket.

I'm totally reaching here but wouldn't it be neat if there was a couple tracks done for Zelda Wii U and they decided to show one off this year? That'd be pretty sweet.
