Now heres kinda a stupid question,but are epps 1-40 still in syndication,or did the wb buy out all those epps after that?

As far as I can tell, WB bought out the rights to the US version of Pokemon. After Episode 40, Veronica started doing Ash's voice, but I think that's because 4Kids translated Pokemon after that...
But, WB owns the episodes now, as far as I know.
