Well, just in case, I've layed things out:
These ladies are dragon guardian goddesses. They defend the rights of dragons, and preside over the actions of all dragons. If dragons are seriously harmed, or dragons seriously harm, these ladies come in.

- The light dragon goddess, Beacon

- The dark dragon goddess, Blackon

- The combined goddesses, Twilight. They are an almighty force.
