Really looking froward to my Match Stavross is a Good Battler But I can Take him Just as Long as I keep my Cool and Trust My Instincts which you only get by battling :)

Good luck thomascallaghan, I don't know if I want you or Stavross to win! I'd really have liked to take part in this tournament so could I ask if/when you're going to do it again?

I would have say the misclick on my first attack kind of ruined my play..
But later on with a bit of luck(you missing a certain move ;)) I came back, BUT then again its covered because of me missing attacks, xD.

I beat Rabid Ditto3 8, 2-0 GG
 
Just lost to Vidgamer 2-0 in what was the worst display of overusing the most overused Pokemon in the tier I'v ever seen. It is absolutely dreadful how uncreative his team was. I did however lose, so that's a win for Team Bidoof.

Good job. I guess Curse Bidoof paid off right? Jk. lol.

There is nothing wrong if a team isn't creative. A win is a win.

I should really make a curse bidoof and add it 2 my team for real lol

@Rabid Ditto3 8 don't be a sorry loser, join a UU tournament if you don't like it and also I can think of 3 off the top of my head that are more 'abused'

EDIT: yeah i'm srry too. i guess i got a little to caught up in it and toke it way too offensively, im gonna make a UU team test it out then i might start usin' them more, i also swapped gengar for something else i had

thats kinda messed up man rabid is not a sorry loser he's just pointing out the fact that ur team wasnt creative
 
well, using stuff like latias and salamence throughout your team can make a battle really boring, you should show some creativity (like a flygon XD)
like copying sets off smogon. it makes it so boring because you know exactly what they are about to do :P

i admit i lost to kepov, but he did use a variety of pokemon, so it was still fun

When one uses the Most overused OUs the team doesnt work well, when you make teams people dont look at creativity, they see if the pokemon accomplishes what they are meant to do and fulfill the role in the team. Most of the times an OU pokemon would be better than a UU/BL tiered.
 
Well I did mention earlier that there is no limit to number of OU's you can use...
I have limited myself to 3-4 OUs maximum in the past, but my current working team has 5 OU's, and it doesnt have too many of the mostly used ones, hehe.
 
Anyone who honestly thinks Ditto is a sore loser is sorely mistaken, I've never once see him complain about a loss. Fact is Pokemon is a game, and regardless of the scenario a game is meant to be about fun, and variety is in fact the spice of life, so generally people hate fighting cookie-cutter lists, and anyone who says that it is more about the winning that making something worthwhile of it really needs to get a life and realize that winning a video game means naught.
 
amen to that greene and i also think that fighting a team of all the most common ous (scizor, salamence, heatran and the like) can be kinda annoying

well im using all uu/nu's and my team has been completely awesome only 1 loss with it im hoping for another win with it Denzer u bettter be ready
 
Battling for fun is for random battling and league challenges. Battling to win is for tournaments which is what this is.

I got really frustrated on shoddy the other day after getting overpowered with ou pokes using a half UU team on the standard ladder, but then I realized -- it's a STANDARD battle. This tourney is a standard tournament so I think it should be expected that people would pack teams with OU's.

If you lose to an uncreative OU team, then shame on you for not predicting better since they are so standard, or shame on you for not being prepared for said OU team in a standard match.

No need to call vidgamer out on his team. To win against you, he must've had some sort of skill regardless of the nature of his team since you are a really good battler. Sorry about your loss.


I'm pretty sure I'm fighting XDLugia today... good luck to me forreal @_@
